Continuity of care, being able to see and talk with your therapist, being able to update your medication are all essential to this goal! With that in mind, we have been sterilizing offices after each client for in-person visits and we are moving appointments to online sessions as of 3/15/20.
If you have an appointment, follow these steps:
- use a laptop with camera or a smartphone,
- be in a place with good wifi signal, and
- click ONLINE SESSIONS in the menu bar.
- Scroll down to your clinician and click ENTER ONLINE SESSION. You’ll be directed to the waiting room of your clinician and he or she will join you at the appointed time.
New appointments can be booked at any time available, no matter what location is listed. ALSO, if you feel uncomfortable with using a computer, most appointments can be conducted using Facetime or Video Calls. Speak to your provider about your concerns.
